
Thank you for having weekend special I enjoyed cooking especially Okonomi-yaki Hiroshima style. It was almost 1kg per portion and I needed flip it couple of times! We should do workshop again to try this excitement
I’ll take holiday from 15FEB to 31MAR. I’ll go Japan to see my family after 2 years
During this time, I’m planning to have short cooking classes through zoom. It’ll bring little essence of Japan to your kitchen

Thank you for having my food and cheer me up always.I love my routine here in Croatia. Early in the morning I see same face and say dobro jutro in the Kvatric market. I love to see seasonal fresh vegetables there and talk with people. Cooking and delivering food to my dear customers. Even we just say “bok” and “hvala ljepa” with smile makes me happy. People from my neighbor kafic “daba” ask me Karaage or Yaki-soba (always they eat same even I have something different) make me laugh. Sometimes we have patrols from my landlord (old grandpa). He wants to check am I happy with his poslovni prostor and even he doesn’t understand what I say but we talk in Croatian Escaping work and walk around Maksimir park with finest coffee from Kava Kavana. For special party order, I am always excited to image how to make you surprise and happy. For weekend I’m happy to think how to serve typical Japanese street food in healthy way.My life in Croatia, I have so much fun, peace and happiness because of you. Thank you very much for sharing your happy energy with me. I deeply appreciate it.Arigato
